For someone who has always had the words, after a vehicle accident in 2018 that left me with debilitating anxiety, PTSD and post concussion symptoms, the feeling that flooded my body completely destabilized me and stripped me of my voice. When you are not able to show up and be your business, this is a problem - ultimately, A CASH FLOW AND MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM.

Doing what came naturally, I did what it took to finally get my voice back and to be able to show up with confidence and a cracked wide-open heart.

While on hiatus from my coaching business, I still used my voice through the written word. I co-created a successful consumer product company, now sold at Neiman Marcus, Chewy and others, and I also have Forbes and Goop PR opening my emails. While my voice never really escaped me - it took practise for me to find it and fully step back into it again with legit, super-magnetic type confidence.
